My full line of professional services for buyers include:

• Listening to all of your needs and ideas (including the “must haves,” the “would be nice to haves,” and the “no way!”)
• Research properties on MLS systems. Preview properties to see if they meet your needs. Searching for and showing you the properties that you could potentially call “Home”
• Assisting you in obtaining important information about Atlanta area schools, neighborhoods, entertainment, recreation, shopping and more
• Determining the fair market value for the home(s) you have selected as your favorite(s)
• Providing my professional expertise in reviewing Georgia real estate contracts
• Negotiating on your behalf with the Seller and/or the Seller’s agent to ensure you achieve your desired results
• Providing you with valuable resource information like mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, insurance agents, etc
• Scheduling and coordinating your home inspections and potential repairs
• Handling all administrative tasks and paperwork relating to your home purchase
• Communicating with your lender and the attorney to ensure a smooth, timely closing
  Scheduling and attending the closing with you.
• Providing assistance with utility and additional neighborhood information
• Most importantly, I will be there every step of the way, checking in on you frequently throughout the entire process
